FIND THE RIGHT HELP
What happened to you?
You do not need to know the legal label before contacting us. Choose the situation closest to yours, or ask our team to help you start.
I was hurt in traffic
A collision may involve several vehicles, policies or disputed accounts. Find guidance for your situation.
Unsafe property caused my injury
Identify the condition, the exact area and who controlled it. We can evaluate how the injury happened.
My family needs injury help
A child’s injury or a death brings different questions. Start with the person affected and what you know.
YOUR RECOVERY · OUR FIGHT
We fight for maximum compensation
An offer may arrive before you know what the injury will cost. Put a firm on your side that looks at the whole loss.
We examine the medical record, missed earnings and other recoverable harm, then negotiate from the facts. We challenge an offer that leaves supported losses unanswered and prepare for litigation when the dispute requires it.
More than the first bill
Care, work and daily limitations all deserve a careful look.
A demand backed by evidence
The records should explain the amount we pursue.

WHY CHOOSE 801 INJURED
Put a team on your side
Stand firm with the insurance company
We question unsupported blame, address disputed losses and negotiate for the compensation your case allows. The first offer is a proposal to evaluate.
Keep the work moving
We organize the agreed investigation, follow up on missing information and handle insurance communications. Progress should not mean rushing an important settlement decision.
Get attention to your actual life
Your work, care needs and family concerns shape the case. We explain important choices so you can decide whether an offer works for you.
UTAH CRASHES · CHECK THE DATES
Local details can change your claim
An old image should not explain a different street.
Salt Lake City’s archived 200 South project covers 400 West to 900 East and reports completion in December 2024. When an image predates a street change, check whether it shows the layout at your actual incident.
We compare the image date, incident date and relevant block before relying on a diagram to explain a disputed turn or crossing. The project history provides context; it does not establish fault or current conditions on every block.
Official archived project and scope · Checked October 25, 2026

- 01Check the image date
What did the source show, and when?
- 02Match the incident location
Use the relevant block, direction and date.
- 03Test the disputed movement
Ask which fact the image can support.
WHERE YOUR INJURY HAPPENED
Start with the exact Utah location
Where you live, where you were hurt and who handled the incident may be different. Give the actual location so we can focus the investigation and take the right claim work off your plate.
Draper: pinpoint the property
After a fall or other premises injury, identify the entrance, parking area or specific condition. A public address does not identify every business or party that controlled the area. Keep the incident details you have; we can discuss the responsibility questions. Draper injury guidance.
Provo: distinguish streets from freeways
Provo’s published online-reporting eligibility excludes state freeways. Keep the route, direction and nearest exit or cross street instead of treating every Provo-area event as the same city process. Provo crash guidance.
Across Utah: identify the bus operator
A UTA trip, school bus and private shuttle can raise different operator and coverage questions. Keep the route, ticket or school message you have. We investigate the actual transportation arrangement. Utah bus injury guidance.
Local process sources: Provo reporting eligibility · Draper public records and plans. Checked October 25, 2026. These distinctions guide preparation; they do not decide liability.
LESS CLAIM WORK ON YOUR PLATE
Put the insurance work in our hands
You have appointments, bills and a life to get back to. You should not have to manage the whole claim alone.
Once representation is agreed, our team handles the investigation, paperwork and insurance communications within that scope. We explain what we need from you and which decisions remain yours. You choose whether to accept a proposed settlement.
- Evidence and claim documents organized
- Insurer questions and negotiations handled
- Important decisions explained in plain language
- English and Spanish communication available

BEFORE YOU SIGN
Put an insurance offer to the test
A low number alone does not explain a claim. Bring the full proposal so we can evaluate what the insurer considered, what remains unknown and what signing would resolve.
| Your question | What we examine | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| What is being paid? | The written offer, its calculation and supporting records. | Separate a payment amount from the losses it addresses. |
| What remains unresolved? | Ongoing care, missing wage information and disputed responsibility. | Identify important gaps before choosing a final resolution. |
| What would I release? | The complete release, attachments and parties named. | Understand which claims the agreement would end. |
For auto claims, Utah’s Insurance Department distinguishes property damage from bodily injury and explains why the release matters. Read the official guidance.
PRACTICAL PREPARATION
Bring what you have
A useful starting point beats a perfect file you never finish.
Keep originals and say what is missing. Do not delay appropriate care or put yourself at risk to collect evidence. These short lists help you prepare for a conversation; they are not conditions for asking for help.

KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Meet the firm. Understand the next step.
Mike Green is the founding attorney at 801 Injured. Learn about the firm and its people, then ask how the proposed representation would work for your situation.
- 01Tell us what happened
Share the date, location, injury and any urgent notice. Our intake or answering team may receive the inquiry.
- 02Discuss the help you need
The team arranges attorney follow-up. Ask about responsibility, insurance, missing information and your options.
- 03Agree on the work
If representation is offered, review the scope and written terms. An inquiry alone does not establish representation.
A FREE PLACE TO START
Understand the cost before hiring us
Your evaluation is free. Attorney fees depend on a recovery.
801 Injured offers contingency fee representation, so you can discuss the claim without paying attorney fees upfront. Before hiring us, ask about the fee calculation, case expenses and what the agreement says if there is no recovery.
We explain the proposed terms so you can make the hiring decision with a clear understanding of both the work and the costs.
